Korea’s winter has not been so kind to me. I just got over a 1.5 week cold which consisted of a stuffy nose and endless headaches. What sucked the most was that I lost my taste buds and wasn’t really able to taste any food at Asuncion’s holiday party. I spent most of last week obnoxiously weezing out loud at work. Hey, if there are no sick days at this job, then I’m infecting as many people as possible. Share my misery, mofos.
I’ve been on a redecorating kick as of late. Hanging out on Pinterest makes me want to have a cozy & organized home with a hot crockpot meal waiting for me at the end of each work day. Preferrably cooked by an amazingly comforting and handsome man. But since none of that is really possible, I’ve resorted to raiding Daiso to decorate my house and attempting my own Crockpot meals with the limited ingredients available to me. My abode is a work in progress. And soon enough, it’ll look the way I want it to.
I have two more weeks of work before I’m on my big vacation. I fly out to California on January 14th. I’m excited to go home, of course. I miss my puppy and I can’t wait to see how fat he is nowadays. But somehow, I’m not ready to leave this time around. I keep thinking that I’ll work forever, non-stop. I’m so used to this routine that stopping it in about 2 weeks is kind of scary.
